NOTE: Not all incorporated towns investigate complaints or spray for mosquitoes, suggest you contact your town office (listed below) to see what programs they offer their residents.

Incorporated Towns on Public Water/Sewer are:
Note that some parcels may have private well/septic and may have been recently incorporated into town limits--it is likely these parcels will need to hook into the town's system at a future date.

Other Incorporated Towns on Private Well and Septic are:

One town, Henderson (Phone: 410/482-2193, FAX is 410/482-2193), is currently on public water and private septic.

Building permits are processed thru the incorporated towns, they will require health department approval to process all building permits. Applications are available from the town.

  • New construction in town with public water/sewer will require a Water Sewer Allocation Certificate (the town will submit them to the Health Department).
  • New construction, additions, decks, pools, sheds, etc. in towns with private well and/or sewer will require initially, an Application for Water Supply and/or Sewage Verification (applications are at the town, or the applicants can get one from the health department).
