Workmen's Compensation

The state of Maryland now requires that businesses provide proof of Workmen's Compensation Insurance.

Caroline County requires that a certificate be submitted with the application. The insurance company will need the following information to add to the "certificate holder's" section of the policy:

Certificate of Liability Insurance

Businesses, such as sewage contractors are also required to have Liability Insurance
Minimum coverage should be $25,000 each occurrence; or $50,000 aggregate
