Well Fee Schedule
Note: All green forms must be
accompanied by the county form, regardless of type of
well.
$160 fee due for:
- Domestic
potable supply
- Industrial,
commercial, dewatering
- Public
Water Supply
- Observation
test well(s) and monitoring test wells (also recovery wells)
- Geo-thermal
(issue one permit for site)
- Test
(that are NOT farming)
- Dewatering
(issue one permit for site)
- Livestock watering
Note: Check or
moneyorder payable to “Caroline County Health Department”
NO FEE for:
- Residential
Irrigation
- Test
(APPLIES TO FARM TEST WELLS ONLY and must be
abandoned in 60 days)
- Agriculture irrigation Groundwater
Appropriation Permits may be required
