The Caroline County Health Department is now processing birth and death certificates by appointment only on Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays from 8:30–11:30 AM and 1:00–3:00 PM. Walk-ins will be given the next available appointment and may need to wait or return later, depending on availability.

CCHD and Partners Team Up to Help Families Prepare for Emergencies

The Caroline County Health Department (CCHD), in collaboration with the Maryland Office of Preparedness and Response and other local health organizations, is reminding families of the importance of preparing a Family Emergency Kit. In the aftermath of an emergency, access to clean water, electricity, and essential supplies may be cut off. It’s crucial to prepare a kit that includes enough food, water, and other necessities to last at least three days.
