Spring 2026 Rabies Vaccine Clinics Scheduled for May and June

The Caroline County Health Department has scheduled its spring rabies vaccination clinics, offering two opportunities for residents to protect their pets at a low cost. The first clinic will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, from 5–7 PM at Greater Impact Church in Greensboro, with a rain date of May 15. The second clinic will take place on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, from 5–7 PM at the Health Department building in Denton, with a rain date of June 5.

Vaccinations are available for just $5 per pet and are open to dogs, cats, and ferrets that are at least 12 weeks old. Advance registration is strongly encouraged and can be completed online at https://bit.ly/SpringRabies2026 or by calling 410-479-8045.

All pets must be leashed or secured in a carrier, and aggressive dogs must be muzzled. Pets with valid rabies vaccination records are eligible for a three-year vaccine, while all others will receive a one-year vaccine.

These clinics are an important way to help keep both pets and the community safe.
