All Caroline County Health Department offices are closed today in observance of the Christmas holiday. We will reopen on Monday, December 28, 2026.

The Caroline County Health Department is now processing birth and death certificates by appointment only on Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays from 8:30–11:30 AM and 1:00–3:00 PM. Walk-ins will be given the next available appointment and may need to wait or return later, depending on availability.

Please be aware that we will be unable to process Birth & Death Certificates from September 4 through October 2.
