COVID-19 Moderna Vaccination

The Caroline Health Department is currently offering the following vaccine:

• Ages 18+: Moderna bivalent boosters
• Extra Moderna booster for 18+ moderately or severely immunocompromised individuals (have a weakened immune system) due to a medical condition or from receipt of immunosuppressive medications or treatments

Online registration is temporarily unavailable. Please call (410) 479-8000 to make an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome, but we highly encourage calling to schedule an appointment to make your vaccination appointment go as smoothly as possible.

If you need to arrange for a primary vaccine series (shots 1 and 2), vaccination for a child under age 12, or a Pfizer vaccine, please call (410) 479-8000.
