
The Food Protection Program is responsible for all retail food service facility licensing and retail food service facility
inspections in Caroline County.
All Food Facility Plan reviews for new facility construction or existing facility remodeling must be submitted to this
office for review and approval prior to construction.
Temporary Food Events: 14 consecutive days or less. Must submit an application to this office for a
Temporary Food Service Facility Permit.
Temporary Food Permit applications must be submitted at least 3 (three) weeks prior to the event.
