Our Health Clinic provides vital medical care, education, and resources to women and expectant mothers. Most programs are available to those that are uninsured, underinsured, or have Medical Assistance (Medicaid). We also have an income-based sliding fee scale available.

Our compassionate staff is dedicated to helping women and babies be as healthy as possible. Translators are also available to help women access services in Spanish, Haitian Creole, and other languages.
We offer caring, supportive case management services that will connect you with the resources and assistance you need to maintain a healthy pregnancy.
Our Babies Born Healthy Case Management Services include:
- Education about pregnancy and childbirth
- Assistance finding a prenatal healthcare provider
- Information about how to care for a newborn
- Equipment for your baby
- Assistance with enrolling in the WIC program to access free, healthy food
- Help enrolling in Maryland Medical Assistance (Medicaid) if eligible or exploring other health insurance options
- Home visits by a registered nurse during your third trimester and after the arrival of baby to provide extra support and assistance
- Identifying and assisting with your individual needs to ensure a healthy pregnancy
To be eligible, you must be a resident of Caroline County and be pregnant or have had a baby in the past six months.
Additionally, you must either:
1. be uninsured, underinsured, or receiving health coverage through Maryland Medical Assistance (Medicaid); or
2. have other health insurance coverage, but need help with pregnancy resources.

Our family planning services empower women to prevent unplanned pregnancies and provide them with key health information when they are ready to conceive.

Our family planning services include:
- Pregnancy tests
- Prenatal lab tests, including pap smears and cervical cultures
- Gynecological exams
- Individualized contraception, including:
- Condoms
- Depo-Provera (shot)
- Intrauterine device (IUD) (hormonal and nonhormonal)
- NuvaRing (vaginal ring)
- Nexplanon (birth control implant)
- Ortho Evra (birth control patch)
- Birth control pills
- Emergency contraception
- Referrals for sterilization and education (for men and women)
- Preconception counseling, including folic acid recommendation
- Educational counseling
